How long should we expect to wait for our deposits & withdrawals now?
Please note that moving forward our new payment proivder is handling withdrawals within 72 working hours. The specific banks that offer this fast service are the following:

What should we do when we face a rejected deposit?
A rejected deposit can occur for many reasons. Some are more straightforward such as there isn't enough balance in the bank account to fulfill the transaction. Others are less obvious such as "Your deposit has Timed Out" due to a connection issue, or the bank may have rejected your deposit due to being flagged.
In the event this occurs repeatedly it's best to try an alternative deposit method first, and if that doesn't work please contact Customer Care who might be able to provide further information about your attempts. Please do not contact your bank directly as they cannot review your player account.
How can I deposit via Net Banking?
Please do not use the same QR code to make more than one deposit. This could cause delays or missing deposits. Please always use a new one.
Which banks can I use with the new payment provider?
In the event the payment method does not support your bank, please check the description as we always highlight the available banks there. This changes frequently so please always double check this before proceeding.
How many ways can I deposit?
We strive to ensure our suppliers offer the same Net Banking and UPI depositing steps you are used to. We understand that sometimes a QR is required, and this might be a little different.
Rest assured, as long as you remember these key rules you shouldn't face any issues:
- Always generate a fresh website from the QR code in each instance - do not save the URL.
- Always deposit the same value you have entered on our site. Do not change the deposit value between our shopping cart amount and your UPI amount.
Can you please explain further how the verification process works?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a necessary requirement for all ongoing gaming operators, with its aim to protect you and your community from untoward individuals. Our KYC process can be triggered after you play a certain amount or before you can withdraw your funds. The KYC tool is simple to use and we accept local ID such as your Aadhar Card.
